Integrative, Not Scripted

No two clients are the same, so no two sessions look exactly alike. I pull from several evidence-based approaches depending on what you need in a given moment:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Helps identify and reframe thought patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, or unhelpful behavior.
  • Mindfulness-Based Practices Grounding techniques and present-moment awareness to reduce reactivity and build emotional regulation.
  • Psycho-education Understanding the "why" behind what you're feeling — because insight is the first step to real change.
  • Person-Centered Therapy At the foundation of everything: genuine, non-judgmental presence. The therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful agents of change.
